- Hanging from pull-up bar
- Any grip/hand position
- Common angle used are 90° and 120° which can be found in the PARAMETERS section.
Coach Positioning
- Behind Athlete
Set Up
- Secure gStrength device
- Attach to platform
- Attach to bar
- Ensure proper starting position for each athlete
Prepare to Test
- Select device, select athlete (if athlete is not entered do it now), select test.
- Tare device to ensure proper reading
