How2: gStrength Platform - Large

You may have seen videos of us using a platform with the gStrength. Here are the steps to make one of your own platforms like the one we use. 

Don't have the tools or time to make one? Pop over to the store and we will build you one. 

Here is what ours looks like without the gStrength attached to it. 

Below is the cut list and assembly directions. Anyone with basic skills can make this and you could get the wood chopped for you at any of the box hardware stores. 

Attach the gStrength

Hardware needed:

1 - m12 bolt 50mm long OR use a gStrength Platform bolt. You can purchase the hardware on the store.

2 - 1/2" fender washers

1 - lock washer

Take one of the orange attachments off the gStrength. Make sure to save the black bushing.

Put a lock washer on the bolt, then a washer and put the bolt through the wood on the bottom of the platform.

Slide another washer over the bolt.

Slide the black busing onto the bolt.

Screw in the gStrength until just hand tight. DO NOT CRANK IT DOWN.

Be sure to tare your gStrength through the app. 

From there, grip it and rip it! (do a few submax test pulls to make sure it is all connected and secure)
