Are you having trouble seeing data in the gTechAMS app? here are a few steps to help you.
- Make sure you are on latest os for your phone.
- Make sure you have the updated version of the gTechAMS app.
- Make sure you have BLE turned on for your phone. BLE is different from Bluetooth and can sometimes be toggled on/off in device settings on your phone.
These are the basic steps to ensure a solid connection.
Once you have done that, try connecting to the gFlight or gSprint using the gTechAMS app. If it is not working, we then need to do a check.
Download and install one of these apps depending on the maker of your phone.
Then try connecting to the device and you should get results that look like this:
IF AFTER ALL THIS YOU DO NOT GET ANY INFO DISPLAYING ON THE BLE TERMINAL, YOU NEED TO SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET. If you already submitted a support ticket, then we will work to solve this with you.
