Extra shipping costs?

Did you get a text or email from our shipping carrier? 

Individual Country Customs can charge their own duty and taxes. DHL pays these for you to get it through the customs process which in turn means you have to pay them to get your package.

Some have asked if we can declare devices at a lower cost. We cannot as our Shopify store does not allow us to lower it below the cost of the device.
