Set Up

• Ensure device is secure and positioned to target intended muscle or muscle groups
• Ensure proper starting position
• We encourage you to be creative with your gStrength device and test sport or athlete specific positions in order to measure improvement, weaknesses, or assist with programming

Prepare to Test

• Select device, select athlete (if athlete is not entered do it now), select test.
• Tare device to ensure proper reading

To Test 

• Athlete is in proper starting position, with no slack in chain
• Athlete will produce maximal force through intended joint for 3-5 seconds
• Relax athlete after 3-5 seconds of maximal effort
